The Chimes East

Unfortunately, the food arrived after 20 minutes, but my drink was nowhere to be seen. I waited for a while, hoping it was just a minor delay, but even after 30 minutes, it hadn't arrived. I flagged down the server, who was mingling in the corner with a coworker, and said she had forgot to put it in. However, it took the intervention of the manager to finally get my drink after another 10 minutes. By that time the experience was already ruined. Manager didn’t do anything to help my situation.

Shrimp and grits are excellent, 4.5/5. Jambalaya and gumbo above average at 3.75/5. Thank you for allowing dogs in the outdoor area!

Food was good. The place was hopping on a Saturday night and we were seated immediately.
