Has vegan options but doesn 't precisely cater for vegans properly. The mushroom risotto was bland, watery and tasted like you just threw rice, mushrooms and water together. Really? I cook all the time and I 'm no qualified chef but even I know, as someone who loves Italian food, risotto has lots of ingredients and flavour. Such as garlic, stock, wine, seasoning etc. I had to order olive oil to drizzle on it because it was so bland. I only ate it because I 'd spent the whole day walking at dovestones and I was hungry. Why make great food for non vegans but not even consider making delicious vegan food? Maybe your chef should do some research on how to make meals since they clearly can 't do their job. Waste of money and I 'm highly disappointed. Nothing will ever top Down the Hatch a brilliant vegan bar and restaurant in Liverpool. Maybe take a trip and actually try their food so you can actually learn something. And why serve vegan food but not offer dairy free tea and coffee? This is literally the first time I 've encountered this anywhere that offers vegan food. Whoever invested their time and money into this establishment has some serious reconsidering to do. As does the chef
