probably the best I ever had. if they are looking for a cozy pub with great food next to an open fire, then they found it. make sure they book, although it is very busy. ask for jamie and say, jack. they have sat.

front and rear tables. this pub is very close to the stanwick seenbahn and a good location for pubspaziergänge. has a large selection of drinks, some beer and ales that they don't get anywhere near.
Jayme, the landlord is evidently loved by all. The place is busy and in high, friendly spirits. Ticks ALL the right boxes. Get in there and drink some of the best kept ales I've come across.

classic village pub, large selection of drinks the occasional piece of live music. the perfect place for a casual drink. barman is also not bad
useful bar staff can't keep a beer, waited for 45 minutes for one half of the limonade. then was asked to go for my clothes. not recommended
just a really good real ale country pub with welcoming locals having a friendly chat and a drink.
