The Coffee Bean Tea Leaf

Ive been coming to CB for 21 years. Both Brea locations. 1st the Brea and Randoloh locations and now the Brea Imperial. The Mgr Dennis and assist Mary, Chandler have always been superb. So much so, on Sundays I 'd bring them in a box of PK Donuts just to say thanks . Dennis has left the firm and it seems a new crew is stepping up. I hope the new people take lessons from their predecessor 's. If so, it will stay great.

Showed up at 5:30am and the place wasn’t open. It states that it opens at 5am. A girl was there looked right at me didn’t even Acknowledge me. Then after that someone else open up the drive through. But the girl at the drive was very nice. It would be nice to be on time. There where three other cars there but left.

They usually burn half my bagel every morning. I won't be asking for it toasted anymore. They also don't care to ask if you want your coffee hot or iced, and assume which. I also order a soy coffee and they gave me whole milk...

Friendly and courteous. They did get my order wrong in the drive-trhu through. Went in to have them fix it, which they did without hesitation. But it took twice as long as when I was In the drive through to begin with

normally this bean is good but this time my chai tea had all types of stuff in from pieces of cinnamon to pulp of some sort.
