This restaurant has an amazing variety of both caffeinated and regular beverages, making it ideal for those early mornings. The staff is polite and works quickly. Both the coffee and tea are top-notch, and the bagels are delicious as well. The drive-thru is quick and well-organized, and the menus are easy to understand. Prices are reasonable and more affordable than many other spots. With excellent service and quality products, I highly recommend it!
This has to be the worst experience I've had with the staff. They mixed up my order and took an hour to remake it, all while laughing and chatting about their personal lives behind the counter. The manager really needs to consider hiring new employees or finding a new manager entirely. This is the fourth time this has happened!
Between ordering at the drive through and receiving my cafe latte, I waited thirteen minutes. It would have been okay if one of two things happened. First way to make okay is to let me know there was a delay. Second option is that the coffee was good. Second day in a row where the coffee tasted scorched as well as expired.
As a tea enthusiast, I'm constantly on the hunt for a great chai. Unfortunately, I had to make do with a powdered chai containing dairy, which is far from what I expect from a quality coffee and tea shop. This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I had a great experience with the service. I ordered a hazelnut iced coffee, and it was delicious! It had the perfect level of sweetness for my taste, so I would definitely recommend it.
I received my hot brew coffee cold, and it was quite expensive for just a plain coffee. Next time, I think I'll head out to Starbucks or Dunkin' instead, as this was definitely not worth it.
The experience was fine, but the prices are higher than those at Starbucks. If I'm going to spend that much, I might as well go for a well-known brand and get a larger portion.

Great coffee shop, can be busy especially in the mornings but it is worth the wait. In my opinion it is better than Starbucks with better quality coffee.
