My family has been frequenting this restaurant for quite some time, but recently we've noticed a decline in customer service. It seems that the new employees lack the time or willingness to engage with customers. During my last three visits to the drive-thru, I received terrible service—no greetings, just blank expressions. Today, when I asked for a drink carrier, the staff member actually groaned as if my request was too much to handle. Overall, it’s been an unpleasant experience, especially coming from several of the newer employees. It really makes me reconsider returning.
The manager, in my experience, is helpful, personable, and seems to be a great leader. Jovial, well mannered, and tries to go the extra step. Everyone works very quickly and I've never had a bad experience at this store. Place is always tidy, and again, my order has always been correct. Even when orders are mistakenly made, they are very receptive to the feedback OR they catch it themselves and upgrade your drink size while letting you know just what's happening, so you're never standing there wondering.
I recently visited this restaurant and ordered a Chai Tea Latte and a scone. Unfortunately, the Chai Tea Latte was more water than anything else, and the scone didn't taste like a scone at all. I've been here a few times in the hopes that the Chai would improve, but it hasn't. On a positive note, the staff is friendly. However, I think the place could really use an upgrade or maybe even be transformed into a Starbucks. I won't be returning anytime soon.
As I drove to the corner and waited at the light, I took a cautious sip, not wanting to burn my tongue on the coffee I had waited so long for. To my dismay, it was cold! I would have turned back to address the issue, but I was already running late for practice. I called the store to express my disappointment, but there was no apology offered—just an incredibly nonchalant response. It's such a shame.

Service was quick and employees were polite while directly interacting with our group, but they used profanity loudly enough in the room for us to hear, and we did not appreciate it. The employees were polite and professional with us directly, but indirectly they were less than professional.
I just ordered the Vanilla Cold Brew Latte, and it’s a disaster. There are burnt coffee grounds at the bottom of my drink, and it tastes like they tried to mask the burnt flavor with vanilla extract. It’s a bitter mess! I would much prefer a Starbucks over this place. Yuck!
I find it quite unacceptable for a restaurant that features whipped cream in many of its menu items to have been out of it every single day for the past three weeks. It’s difficult to fully enjoy the dishes when a key ingredient is missing for such an extended period.
Coffee sucks and hours are terrible too. Hours on the door say they close at 8pm but weren't there at 5 and they were already closed and refused to serve my class. What's the point of closing that early anyways? So confused.

Great drinks made to order. Fairly fast and friendly service with drive-thru. The drive-thru speaker is VERY quiet. Often times out of stock for croissants or other food items.
Service is often slow, but it has a drive thru, which is awesome!
