I checked this place out on a Sunday morning. There was no wait for dine in, and I was seated promptly outside. I ordered a coffee, white chocolate mocha and two egg breakfast with turkey bacon. They didn't have any creamer options other than half-and-half, so I switched my coffee to a white chocolate mocha. The breakfast was delicious and prepared expeditiously. I did have a few critiques: they need to have/use screens for outside seating; the pigeons are relentless and annoying and disgusting! I love the coffee and always grab it on the go. Today I had time for a leisurely breakfast so I’m dining on the patio under a heat lamp on a rainy dreary Monday how perfect for my taste buds! The house blend coffee is my favorite—it’s a combo of French, Italian and Colombian beans!We usually do delivery from The Coffee Mill but since I’m out and about I’m so glad that I’ve experienced the French toast in person! It’s delightful with their unique syrup and powdered sugar. I added a delish scrambled egg on the side. This may have to be my meal for the day from a calorie perspective but who’s counting! ? I also love the folks who make this place purr—they are sweet and kind. Drop by!
I love the Coffee Mill and have been coming here for years. Always good food and good experience. Sorry to say though this time we were wrapping up as the restaurant was closing. I used the bathroom and the person I was eating with went to use it after me but they told her it was closed due to cleaning. After a $50 bill which included two coffees and two orange juices, it was rather ridiculous and poor service to close the bathrooms on us like that. I probably won’t be back for a while after this. That was hella disappointing from a place I’ve loved so much. Dang.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic. The service is top-notch, making you feel like part of the family every time you visit. I truly adore this place and highly recommend that everyone give it a try. The dishes are made with fresh ingredients and there is plenty of it. Amazing diner food! Crispy hash browns, creamy gravy, and the best corned beef hash from the griddle. Would definitely come again.One note bathroom wasn’t great when I went. Not sure if this is a regular thing or just happened to be the case when I was there. Would try to use the restroom somewhere else before going
From a couple months ago--They wouldn't let me sit in the patio area with my friend and her dog because we were only ordering coffees and pastries and not hot items--it was a weekday morning and all of the tables were empty. Confusing dog policy since I've come here before where there were dogs in the patio area.
This coffee shop is a nice spot. I just wish they would offer more vegan pastries, like Pebbles Donuts or vegan gelato donuts. I would definitely visit more frequently. Grand Lake doesn't have many options for a vegan sweet tooth.
The staff is very welcoming and I enjoy visiting this restaurant occasionally to have an oolong tea with lychee jelly and a breakfast sandwich. It's also a great spot for a date. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.

Waited a long time to be seated. Waitress walked passed us 3x and did not acknowledge us or even say she’d be right with us. After waiting 5 minutes, we left.Service: 1/5
