i just ate a hamburger from the corner butcher shop.it was very, very, very good.large and filling and great condiments.the side of coleslaw was great as well.i write a review a year on average, and although it is still january, i would have to be blessed to write another review in 2023.sorry about not providing a picture, but I was too busy eating.btw outside eating at a restaurant with cloth napkins, the paper napkins they provide are the largest i guess they strive to get every detail right with the meals they provide.
High end butcher's shop with a small town feel. Everyone was super polite and knowledgeable about the quality and cut. They have the highest grade red meat on the market. This is definitely not your Von's meat department. We went for the Wagyu and left with a few pastrami sandwhichs as well. Will definitely come back out this way to purchase from them again
Fantastic butcher shop! My wife and I visited for the first time as we’ve just begun our journey into smoking, grilling, and BBQ. The staff here were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. If they continue this level of service, they will have our loyalty for life. Thank you!

The brisket sandwich and pastrami is a most try excellent in flavor and meats are so fresh come and try today this got my 5 stars . because they are the best.
