Really poor. Incorrectly labelled allergens causing a near miss to the pregnant member of our party, a good job she asked the serving staff to actually check ingredients. Veg chilli absolutely appalling. Really do not recommend. The only nice thing was that the waiting staff were at least polite. Vegetarian options: Veg options dire and limited. what is for a gem of this pub, it offers excellent value for money. the food is served hot and freshly cooked for the customer. the personal cannot do enough for them. we have dined on a Friday afternoon, the waitress was wonderful, polite and friendly. we will definitely make this our local. it is a wonderful old pub with a great story. we thank the staff for a great service and afternoon.
Loved the Corner Cupboard , great atmosphere right from the front door, great team serving and food was wonderful. Popped into this quaint pub after a hike up Cleeve hill and what a surprise it was. Lush food and great service, prices were very reasonable to.
