The staff at this restaurant were very friendly and the variety of food options available was impressive. I ended up purchasing and sampling several different items because everything looked so appealing. Unfortunately, I found the prices to be a bit high considering the quality of the food. For example, the cornish pasty I ordered was lacking in meat. Despite this, I enjoyed the other dishes and will definitely know what to order next time I visit. The service was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. I would rate the food a 4, service a 5, and the atmosphere a 4. The average price per person for a meal at this restaurant is £10-20.
Good coffee and scones. The food at the counter looked really tasty. We were going to eat but the majority of the food was on top of the counter on display where you queue for the till. I’m not fussy but I don’t fancy food that has probably been coughed on or even poked by children. The pasties are in a nice glass protective display case. Please consider this for the rest of your lovely tasty looking pastries. Coffee spot on too. Just a pity about your food hygiene.
If you are a coffee purist, that is, you drink coffee without milk, sugar, syrup or other paraphernalia, order your coffee here. A small black Americano with an extra shot (total 3 shots) was just fabulous. A chocolate almond croissant was very good too. The coffee was the best I have drunk anywhere. Avoid nearby chains unless you are into milk and mediocrity. Try this place even if you are a coffee milkshake drinker, hot or cold.
Such a change from the usual motorway coffee stop.....delighted to find this attractive cafe tucked away in Strensham services on the M5. Friendly staff and such an enjoyable coffee break with excellent coffee and a delicious almond and chocolate croissant. What a pleasure to have found this on a long boring motorway journey.

Food is amazing but the staff are extremely rude. I was rushed through the queue, not given time to think if I wanted any extras and then the man at the till was awful. He made several rude comments and even after I had paid he carried on. I can honestly say I have never been spoken to like that before
The service at this restaurant is quick and friendly, with a wide selection of pastries and coffee (including decaf) available. The staff, who work quickly, prepare orders promptly. I strongly disagree with the previous reviewer who gave the restaurant two stars.
I have an allergy to onions. The man working at the counter was incredible. He knew exactly which dishes I could safely eat. He was very polite, and the prices for the services were reasonable.
Absolutely excellent! Very friendly staff, GREAT food. Very much better than any other outlet I have visited on any of Britain's motorways. Will certainly go again on next trip on M5
