Ordered food around 5.10pm via their website, received an email confirming the order was recieved and confirmed for delivery at 5.52pm. Gave some extra time before calling the restaurant at 6.12pm asking for an ETA. Was asked for an address and whether we ordered via Justeat, I said no, the website and he said they would rush it along and get it out as soon as. Called again at 6.43pm and the same person said it had just left and was on the way. 10 minutes later we called again and spoke to someone else who asked the same questions and said it would be with us in 5 minutes. She called back asking for more info on our order and then stated that the order was not confirmed and asked for an over...
We have been ordering from this restaurant for several years now and have always enjoyed good meals. However, our experience last night was disappointing. We ordered a takeaway and found the chicken in a bland and watery sauce. Both curries we ordered tasted the same. When I called to complain, I was informed that the management had changed but the chef remained the same. I was told that maybe the second chef had cooked our food. Overall, we were disappointed as it was meant to be a special treat for our wedding anniversary.
Ordered a takeaway, via Just Eat, about 18:10. Food was due to arrive between 18:50 and 19:10. At 18:36 i received a txt message to say that my order was on its way. The Just Eat site also changed it’s status to ‘the food is with the delivery driver’. Food arrived at 19:15ish and i found it to be just warm enough to eat. The food is great from here but the Takeaway/Just Eat side of the operation is terrible. Please don’t alter the delivery status , until the food is actually on its way. 30+ minutes is not good enough.
We tried the delivery service and ordered the Meat Saag Aloo Mushroom Balti dish, which was absolutely delicious! Despite not being a fan of hot or spicy food, I found this dish to be quite mild and really flavorful. The portion size was perfect and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The delivery arrived early, and the person who brought it was very polite and professional. I would definitely order from this restaurant again in the future. Reserva una mesa ahora
We have been ordering from this takeout restaurant for years and it has always been consistently good. However, tonight's curry was completely different. The bhajis were dry, the curries were watery and lacked flavor. It seems like they have changed the chef because the food was entirely different than what we are used to. Overall, not a good experience.
Although the food was nice, the attitude from staff was anything but. As soon as we arrived we felt as though we were an inconvenience and were meant to felt this way for the whole visit. The food was really lovely, however the general feel of the restaurant was rather unpleasant.
