We stopped here for a much needed refreshing beer after a long cycle. The lady at the bar was so polite and friendly. She gave us the space we needed to stretch out and relax and served us cold and refreshing beers. This was a lovely place to stop.

Camped here for 4 nights, lot of space to set up tents or camper vans, there is a pub on site too and lovely footpaths leading to local villages. Only thing that let us down slightly were the toilets running out of toilet paper frequently.

What a super find! We arrived in campervan, 2 adults and dog on a very wet evening to a very warm welcome. A real locals pub. Honest food and beer. Made welcome by all. A truely lovely evening. Thank you. Jan, Andy and Pip

Food was great, large menu and great value for money. Staff very friendly and cosy atmosphere. Will come back for sure.
