the kuh is my favorite place. alone in the last year I feel like the service has gone a little downhill. I still enjoy the ice that I still enjoy the kuh, and I understand that it is only children. So I'm not crazy or angry. I went on a Monday during the day (Lunch time and there was no one to see. I checked that the cow is open over google. then I called the number, I was told they were open, but only one person was there. the previous times that I was a simple job could not be done right, again, not crazy, was just hungry and wanted something freezing. You just have to blame yourself if it is not so busy meeting the sweet spot and getting good service. if they're still standing, I'll go on...
My favorite Italian ice/custard place hands down!! They have so many ice flavors including my favorite dessert tiramisu! Their custard is great. I usually get a gelati! Prices are also amazing. I usually get a kid cup because it's the perfect size for me. They also have regular and large sizes. I highly recommend The Cow! I go every time I'm in Maryland.
The cow is a reisterstown institution. I was probably in the 3rd grade when the cow opened, and it's sure to say that since it was open all those years ago it is still my #1 ice selection. My favourite is the sugar-free chocolate/vanilla-drill, but the Italian ice creams (light variation of "roundings" are also great!
It's the same basic set up as a snowball stand or ritas. The difference is the flavor options are unbelievable. Every time I'm there I have difficult choices to make between pumpkin pie, peanut butter and egg custard. Luckily they are all great.

The frozen custard here is absolutely delicious! It’s also a charming spot to relax. I ordered the cookies and cream sundae, which featured Oreo cookies, chocolate custard, hot fudge, and marshmallow sauce. So yummy!
This is the best Italian ice custard you will ever have. There is a reason that there is always a line to order because everyone knows how good it really is. Peanut butter Italian ice flavor is my personal favorite
Really yummy and fairly priced! Good kid sizes as well. Definitely worth the trip. I recommend the kids sundaes as they are pretty huge, even for an adult!
This is my favorite ice cream place! I love to go here each week to try out the various flavors of ice cream and sundae toppings that The Cow provides!
