This was a very unusual, unpleasant and grateful short lived experience. We were there for a business dinner with customers. We were not even asked for drinks when we were addressed by one of the employees who asked that the bill should be paid in cash. Regardless of our answer that this would not be possible, as we explained that we had to use our corporate credit card, this employee insisted that we pay cash. We decided to eat somewhere else. Very strange.
Our experience at this restaurant was very unusual, uncomfortable, and thankfully short-lived. We were there for a business dinner with clients when we were approached by an employee who demanded that the bill be paid in cash before we had even ordered drinks. Despite our explanation that we needed to use our company credit card, the employee insisted on cash payment. Ultimately, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere due to this strange encounter.
