I enjoyed my time at The Creamery. The inside was clean and they had a wide variety of artisanal foods (though a bit overpriced). The kid's center was very informative, I learned about dairy/cheese production. They had fun interactive activitiesfor kids. We got a grilled cheese and the Mac n cheese for lunch. The grilled cheese was not my favorite. The cheese was notfully melted, which I feel like is a must for a grilled cheese. I also felt that maybe a tomato would have been helpful for thegrilled cheese because it could use some more flavor. The Mac n cheese was a bit bland, but a generous serving size. The kitchenseemed overworked, so there was a bit of a wait to order and get our food. The ice cream was good. They don't do samples, whichI found disappointing because it helps me choose the flavor I want. I ended up getting lemon bar flavor, which was good, butseemed artificially yellow. I wish it were more sour and less sweet. It was a generous serving of ice cream.

On my way to Salt Lake City on the side of the freeway, this building catches your attention!!! It's worth the stop; they have food, snacks, homemade ice cream and clean RESTROOMS!!!!! I was amazed with their variety of cheeses and jelly jams of differentflavors. Their ice cream has a really good taste and a buttery touch. Their food is really good, but I was not so happy withtheir flat breads; it didn't tasted fresh. There's not a direct exit from the freeway to get here, you will have to go throughtown to get to this place. Their history is interesting. There's plenty parking here.

So many wonderful items to try, we have not even touched the surface of trying all the different cheeses. Bacon Mac n cheese is pretty darn good, I like mine a little saltier but good flavor. Their BBQ chicken pizza was tasty, good amount of barbecuesauce. The braised short rib grilled cheese was flavorful, meat was extremely tender and you get an au ju with it to dip in. Thefries are best when they are fresh n hot from the fryer. Ranch is made there, good n creamy not thick, more like a sauceconsistency, which I do prefer.

Pretty weak. Expensive, but even after we took the dive for lunch for a family of 5, we were really underwhelmed. Nachos were stale chips with shredded cheese 20 percent melted, dry salsa and dry pork on top. $15 suckas! Cheeseburger flatbread is tons ofshredded cheese on top of a flatbread, 40 percent melted, gross fry sauce and leftover cut up frozen dry hamburger patties ontop. The bacon Mac and cheese was pretty good afterall... But that's it.
