always drove past this pub and finally our table as a special birthday present to lunch for my hubby booked as we visited family. the employees were so attentive, clearly realized that we were new, as they beat us so nicely without intruding on our visit. the menu was perfect for us and so very inexpensive. £8.95 for Sunday dinner! and my son was happy to have the same food as we have in a smaller part instead of being forced to choose from a children's menu. we will certainly be back as the bark in her mouth melted, the lamb was perfectly boiled and beautiful and the broken shellfish my had put in was enormous and tasty. thank you, I am sure they are regularly visited x
we were guests on a 21st birthday party on Sunday and when I coeliac the clot was asked to include some gluten free for me. I was overwhelmed by how much thought had been to make sure that not only I have chosen, but so many of them and all went absolutely stunning and how much work had gone to make sure there was no cross-contamination. Many thanks to all those who feel so normal and not taking out, and for such wonderful eating and service they are an excellent example for many other restaurants to follow.
