It's a challenge to remain objective when you have a bad dining experience, in this case I have nothing to be objective about. We didn't eat! My adult son and I stopped in for what was supposed to be a quick bite, instead it was time wasted, waiting for nothing as we left with my requested refund and an empty stomach. Which leaves me to think why and how? Three different staff members were in and out of the dining area where we were seated, all the while passing our table that had a number but no food. Surely one of them, if they had any real notion of customer service and care would have noticed the time passing. The woman behind the bar who took the order, in particular, should have notice...
First time here recently, local pub on the main dining street of Parramatta. Friendly bouncers on the door. Dining area with windows that opens out onto the Main Street. Typical pub menu at reasonable prices.Upstairs area is comfortable with lounges and large open windows where you can get a good view of the NYE fireworks in Parramatta. This is a smoking area. Toilets were clean and modern. Also upstairs is a function room with a cook fish tank built into the wall. Nice little pub, happy to recommend for a casual meal or drinks.
The newly renovated Crown Hotel at Parramatta looks great. We had a great experience at this newly renovated hotel on Sunday. The Starters were fabulous and as there were three of us, we shared the Chicken strips, Nachos and the Taco’s that were amazing. There was plenty of food for us all as large size starters and it was delish. The service from all staff was amazing and they all seemed to have a great attitude and they were very friendly.
Brilliant pub right in the heart of Parramatta's restaurant and venue district. Great service, lovely food and they have DJs and live music. Plenty of room to spread out. I love going there for a bevvy before a game or just pop in for a fabulous dinner before going to the Riverside Theatre. Looking forward to seeing a band soon. Definitely worth going to.

The food and the friendly service at the crown is definitely a 5 star rating. They have a new chef and Menu. The presentation of the food is amazing and of course it was delicious. Just like fine dining, but Hotel prices. I am already planning my next trip here for drinks and dinner. Thank you to the chef and wonderful staff !!!
The transformation made a huge different compare to before. this place became my ultimate weekend go to go bar since then weekend live music is fantastic .Great and very friendly staff with reasonable price and great food. If the crown open their pool would be excellent.
We ate dinner here because it was close to our hotel. Service was good, but the food was nothing special, prices reasonable.
Meal on Saturday night with my family was very nice and well presented.Staff was very helpful and made you feel welcome.

Had some drinks while waiting to go to a wedding. Very clean place and the staff are lovely too.....
