The Cuban - Reserva de mesa

I was disappointed with my experience. The lack of hygiene and professionalism from the female server really reflected poorly on the restaurant. There's no excuse for her serving food and drinks with visibly dirty nails and hands. She even took the straw from my old drink and put it in my new drink using her fingers. I suggest reviewing the security footage, as it will confirm what happened. Who does that? This behavior is completely unacceptable.

We love this place everything we've ever ordered has been delicious. The empanadas are amazing and they make a good drink. They automatically include tip and don't tell you and then when you pay with a credit card there is a line to add tip (on top of the 20% that is already included!!! If you are not paying attention I can see how someone would end up tipping way too much so be mindful of that!

For years I have watched everyone enjoy bread at the table. But The Cuban offered me a while basket of GLUTEN FREE casaba bread. It was so delicious, I almost cried! Our server was so nice and helpful in helping me choose gluten free items on the menu. This will definitely be a regular stop for us whenever we visit the area!

Food mediocre. Empanadas very greasy. Small portions You have to walk up 60 stairs to get to one dirty bathroom They add their OWN 20% tip automatically. Than they ask for another tip on the receipt! Greed !! OVERpriced. NOT RECOMMENDED. Reserva una mesa ahora

The place was decent, but the service was too slow. We felt that the food was overpriced and not worth the wait. Also there aren't any good vegetarian options.

I really enjoyed the setting and ambiance! Our server was great and very attentive. The food was flavourful, and my lad really enjoyed their rice and beans.

Just left the restaurant and food was amazing. But, I did NOT like how the waitress took my dessert off the table when I wasn’t even finished eating it.

Fantastic food, amazing service, and great ambiance! This place is great to host a dinner party! Their bunch menu is amazing also!
