We googled best restaurants near Ogmore on Sea and came across the Cwtch. We booked with ease over the phone for the next evening. The food was the best I have had in and around Cardiff. We have been to quite a few Michelin Star restaurants and I would choose this over them. Service was excellent. The chef personally checks that everything is as you like it. The tables are not overcrowded so you have your own space. Potion size is perfect. We will be visiting again very soon and telling friends about it. Highly recommend.
We made a reservation for Sunday lunch at Cwtch Llantwit Major and we have to say, the Sunday lunch was incredibly tasty, as was the dessert. The food was prepared to a high standard and the service was outstanding. The chef even took the time to come to our table to make sure we were enjoying our meal. We can't wait to come back and will definitely be telling our family and friends to check it out.
We received a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival at the restaurant, and we were seated by the window. The food was perfect and the starters were particularly tasty, especially my wife's salmon and cream cheese. The roast dinners were excellent, with generous portions of vegetables and gravy. We finished our meal with a delicious baked cheesecake. It was a pleasure to support a local business.
Another delicious meal lovingly prepared by George today, proudly served by Bianca and gratefully wolfed down by 3 of us. Anybody reading this that has not had the pleasure of eating here, make a reservation! The gluten free options are fabulous. The sticky toffee pudding....sublime.

First experience for us here today for Sunday lunch...absolutely first class! Food was excellent, especially the Yorkshire puddings! Service atmosphere was fab, lovely background music. Will be definitely return recommend to family friends! Thank you for a great lunch
My partner and I visited this restaurant tonight for her birthday during a mini getaway. The food was fantastic, the service was outstanding, and we enjoyed everything. I would definitely recommend this place.
