Went for a bottomless brunch not long ago the staff didn 't seem to know where they were half the time. The same drinks orders were taken twice everytime before being made had to wait a good amount of time in between drinks, so it 's not really a 'bottomless ' because staff definitely make sure you 're not getting anymore than around 6 drinks. Lovely place but definitely over rated and over priced
Love the bar usually but the bottomless brunch was a bit of a shambles. Staff didn't seem to know what was going or what to do. Drinks and food were lovely but waited a long time between drinks and at one point had 3 separate staff come to take our already placed drinks order. Bit gutted really
had a great time in the bottomless brunch yesterday. our group of four was very well supervised by the nice employees who could not do enough for us. special mention to theni and sharon, many thanks, they were great! nice eating and the drinks flowing, really good value. highly recommended!

Had a function in Dickens2 which was arranged at very short notice, the staff who arranged it for us were brilliant. The food was very good, and the people who attended enjoyed it.
beautiful afternoon tea with a friend to birthday. the staff was incredibly helpful and the afternoon tea was delicious. I would definitely visit again.
