I had heard many great things about the dining room at the culinary institute and had never lived in Charlottetown for a long time. Despite the « hype » it could still exceed my expectations. We have a beautiful seat next to the windows overlooking the water and the Victoria Park. The menu was the perfect size, enough to offer variety without being unintentional. The service was excellent from the beginning to the end. You can also inform the culinary institute about the wider service experience in a restaurant beyond the food itself. We enjoyed starting a mixed wooden board, and a mushroom risotto and pigs escalope for the net. Everything was delicious. I definitely recommend it for a nice meal. It rivals the other upscale culinary experiences in the city (red water, Slaymaker, sims, Brickhouse) both in terms of menu and food quality as well as service.
