Arrived exactly at reservation time (7:15). Had to wait 30 minutes to be seated while other parties were seated. Reminded the front desk several times that we had arrived. Three employees there but 30 minutes to seat two people. They need further training. The food and service were excellent except for a serving of salty bisque which we asked for onion soup as replacement. Later perused the bill and was charged for the bisque. On line info says business casual dress. Patrons dressed accordingly to shorts and flip flops. I’ll revisit but hope management takes notice of this review.
Absolutely stunning building and ambiance. I had the filet and a Caesar salad. The steak was perfectly seared and melted in my mouth. The salad was crisp and fresh with homemade croutons and the perfect amount of dressing that coated each bite without being soggy. Our server, Adrian, tops the list of best service we have ever had. He has the perfect balance of salesmanship and friendly banter. The food is incredible, but I would go again for the service alone. 5 stars.
Comparable to five star steak and seafood places in Las Vegas. The attention to detail was appreciated. Service was perfect and our server was very knowledgeable and passionate about the menu. It was difficult choosing an entre as so many seemed like a unique experience. I got the del Monaco steak with blue cheese cruse medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. Salads and desserts were made to perfection as well. Well worth the price. We hope to be back.
We have gone so many times. Xmas there were 8 of us. This time 6 people Tip included. Terrible service with Katalina. She could care less that the sweet potato casserole we love so much. We’re awful. Not at all mixed properly. Birthday girl and she wouldn’t even get us her desert to make it special. We insisted and her attitude showed through. Not sure we will go again we spent over $500 and she was the cause of a terrible evening Reserva una mesa ahora
The food was okay, but not up to par with a fine dining restaurant. I’ve had better steaks at Texas Roadhouse. Prices were on the high side for what you get. The server was very nice and I would her a 5 for service. This was my second time to dine here, had a similar experience the first time! Will probably not go back.
