This was the BEST place ever! I have been to a lot of weddings, and this venue outdid themselves. Jean and Sydney took care of everything. Throughout the year before my wedding, I had a lot of questions. When I emailed them, they emailed or called me back right away. The food was delicious. The place is absolutely beautiful. They literally took care of everything and made our guests so happy. They gave us a lot of complimentary stuff including the table centerpieces and the wedding cake. They put my husband and I in a suite in the attached hotel for free. The suite was beautiful. It had a kitchen, living room, dining room, and a bedroom. There were also 2 bathrooms. They also gave us complimentary wine in our room. I cannot say one bad thing about this place. We had a truly amazing and magical day. ALL the staff took care of us so well. I wish we could do it all again. Trust me, you will not go wrong with this venue.
Jean and Sydney were extremely knowledgeable, thorough and confident in their ability to coordinate our wedding. We had many meetings over the course of the time that we were planning the event. They were very accessible via phone, email and in-person. The venue itself is very beautiful and can accommodate a large number of guests. They have experience working with a number of caterers in and outside the area, which made collaboration with our caterer, decorator, DJ, photographer, and videographer that much easier. The fact that they are attached to the Holiday Inn was a major highlight, especially for our guests. The Drexelbrook team provided us with the optimal floorplan for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our wedding came together beautifully and we are grateful for the help with Sydney and Jean provided in helping make it happen.
Went there for Mother's Day Buffet. Was not impressed. Food was stone cold. No one waited on our table until we asked one of the waitresses about if we should be getting our own drinks, then she gratefully sent some kid over. The one great thing was the cook making the omelette. They were delicious and HOT. THE PRICE WAS $45 tax 20% tip. Won't go back.
The food was amazing and Kim and Hannah were great to work with. The price point was very reasonable especially for a non-profit fundraiser. Kim was very accommodating, met me lots of extra times to help us with planning and was always so positive and energetic. Was a pleasure working with Drexelbrook!
