I absolutely loved everything about this restaurant! I usually don't form an opinion after just one visit, but this place really impressed me. The decor was rustic and charming, which added to the perfect atmosphere. The burgers were delicious, as were the appetizer samplers. The menu had a great variety of comfort food options, and they also offered a selection of beers and basic cocktails. The service was a bit slow, with only one waitress on duty during our 4:45pm visit, but more staff came in as the evening progressed. OMGs! What can I say about this restaurant to do it justice?! I ordered the grilled walleye, it was done to perfection and came with homemade tarter sauce as well as my choice of side and coleslaw. My partner had the Chophouse burger. Beef brisket and ground beef mixture with full on chunks of brisket. The burger is large and is accompanied by choices for sides and was spectacular. The staff was beyond amazing. Doesn't look like much from the outside but go, run there, it will be well worth the drive!!

great food and prices. great little hole in the wall restaurant! service has always been exceptional. we don't go there almost enough. it's like albert lea's little secret. always excellent at home as meals there. my wife loves the cheese curds the best!

this place is a diamond in the rough. the shaved prime rib sandwich was the best I ever had. my wife had the meat trade. she is from minnesota and knows her advertising. it was the best, full of likör. oldies music played. can't wait to go back.

I had the 3 peach fish, Fries, coleslaw and toast. my wife had garnel and cadry with fries and for a start she had baked mushrooms. we were very happy with our meal, and they have good specials going every day.
