Absolutely over-hyped cafe. Came in for breakfast today. Ordered the Elevation Starter which consisted of a small, thin slice of sourdough, thin schmear of avocado, sprinkle of feta and a few cherry tomatoes. Lacklustre presentation. I ordered a side of chorizo for $4 (as pictured)....The coffee was good. That being said, when the meal arrived I requested another coffee to have with my meal as the first coffee was almost done. With only 2 other tables (4 people) in the cafe and 4 staff on hand, they failed to make the coffee until after my meal was finished...15 minutes later. A good brekky is always a great start to the day and we thoroughly enjoyed our fare from The Elevation. I had the veggie breakfast with a side of beetroot hollandaise which was beautiful, the coffee is some of the best I’ve had in Sydney....Overall really enjoyed it.
A gorgeous little cafe in parramatta ! Walked in and had attentive and friendly service immediately. Delicious coffee hot chocolate! Breakfast was quite yummy however I didn’t really like the spicy avo on the eggs bene. Would definitely recommend!
Tall long black or latte, excellent example today! Much better than other nearby places. The best way to start a working day with the Grand Cru coffee. Trendy delivery of muesli !

Seriously good coffee. The Mocha here is one of the best I ever had. They weigh the coffee and the chocolates so you have the same perfect experience every time. Amazing Café
This little cafe has delicious food and nice quirky touches with the combo of fake and live plants. I had a breakfast bowl with the onsen egg. So good.
