The oxtail entree was absolutely delicious! The yams, collard greens, and mac and cheese were also fantastic. My only criticism is that the golden fried chicken breast tasted primarily of flour and was a bit bland. The whiting sandwich was decent, but nothing remarkable, and it had quite a few small bones in it, which caused my child to get one stuck in his mouth. Just be cautious if you decide to order the whiting.
I had Oxtail, it came with the rice and gravy, yams, and Mac and cheese. The oxtails were good. Yams were a little sweet for my taste but son loved them. The Mac and cheese was ehhh. My son had the Turkey wings , potato salad and Mac and cheese he liked everything. My husband had the smothered pork chops, potato salad, and greens he said he wish had of ordered two plates because everything was on point
The food is filled with soul! I had my usual wings and shrimp combo along with the potato salad, and it was delicious. Everything always tastes fresh and flavorful. The quality is consistently excellent.
