The Ferry - Reserva de mesa

Shocking service. We required a couple of glasses of wine and the waiter mentioned that you have a nice Chardonnay. Assuming that 99% of people go for the house wine we said go for it. There was no mention though that the wine was around £12.00 a glass, roughly £35.00 in total. Absolutely shocking that this wasn’t mentioned prior to offering. Disgraceful service. Seriously who pays £12.00 a glass it’s hardly the Ritz?

Really disappointed with the service on our visit. The waiting staff seemed unclear on what was going on at each table. We went with friends, ordered food and then half the mains came while we still had our starter and the other half didn’t arrive for a further half an hour, after the first mains had been eaten. The food was okay, and appropriately priced considering the nice setting.

We use the Ferry regularly for friends get together and everyday dinning, the staff are always friendly and attentive. Food are good and reasonable. Always easy and enjoyable at the Ferry.

The ambiance was lovely. We had a table by the window overlooking the river beautiful scenery. Food was varied delicious. Service was excellent. Perfect place for a lovely summer day out Reserva una mesa ahora

Was a Sunday lunch treat Staff were very friendly and helpful we had a 6 month old with us. Food was delectable biggest Yorkshire puddings I’ve ever seen and bottomless gravy Thank you

Went with my girlfriend and both mums, service was amazing and we had an amazing table overlooking the river. I would recommend to anyone.

It was Mothers Day and place was very busy. Friendly staff and food generally good but nothing special.

very pleasant, because we went early. most tables were gone from windows so a bit dark
