I picked up a dozen individual orders from Flame Broiler and received outstanding customer service. The staff carefully reviewed each order with me to ensure everything was 100% accurate. I requested the orders be ready by 11:45, and they were prepared right on time. It was perfect—not too early to risk cold food, and not late so I didn’t have to wait. The employee even packed all the meals in a box and helped carry them to my car. The Flame Broiler menu offers reliable and timely service every time.
It's been a while since I last visited Flame Broiler, as I've been caught up with work and trying out various restaurants and cuisines. However, my recent experience there was quite enjoyable. The food is healthy, made to order, and freshly prepared each day. They also have a fantastic happy hour on weekdays from 2 to 4 PM, offering a mini chicken dish and a drink for only $7.50, which is an excellent deal.
I haven't visited a Flame Broiler in quite some time because I've been busy with work and exploring different restaurants and cuisines. I have to concur with many of the other one-star reviews. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. The staff here are quite rude, and their policies regarding dining in are inconsistent. Even when they do allow dining inside, I had an issue with a staff member over my mask. How am I supposed to eat while wearing a mask?! Frustrating!

I won't be returning. This is the second time I've been served pre-cooked meat, and the last bits I received were old, cold, and dry. They tried to cover it up by adding three pieces of fresh chicken on top, but I guess they thought that would trick me.
I really like this Flame Broiler location. I can always count on a consistently good, relatively healthy meal here. The staff is very friendly, and although they often seem to work with a smaller team, they are efficient and handle everything smoothly.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were both friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and nutritious, and I will certainly be coming back soon!
I ordered about $40 worth of food and tried to pay with a $50 bill, but they wouldn't accept it. The attitude of the older woman working there was quite unpleasant.
