The whole dining experience was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so friendly and very helpful. There were 20 of us in the upstairs dining room, which was ideal for us, on a very busy Sunday lunchtime. The food was delivered promptly, hot and delicious and all in our party commented on the quality. We had four young children and the food was excellent for them too. They also cut up and served a large birthday cake we had taken and that was so much easier and helpful. We had previously held a family wedding there and were delighted with that, so this experience only added to our high regard for The Fleece. high time so that the service always falls when it happens in the fleece. a table booked, arrived 10 minutes early there, waited 5-10 minutes to take a place as the personal sat, nothing to do. seemingly lost entry cards in and under high-time food? eating was nice, service was very bad.
