My husband and I visited the Flying Egg for lunch on December 31st. It was our first time dining there, and we discovered it through Happy Cow - thank you! While not a fully vegan restaurant, the vegan options were excellent. I ordered the Vegan Skillet and my husband had the Greek vegan wrap, both of which were delicious and satisfying. The portions were generous, and I had to take half of my meal home. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. My only criticism would be the coffee, which was weak and lukewarm. In my opinion, coffee should be strong and hot. Despite this, I would highly recommend Flying Egg for breakfast or lunch.
I’m happy to find another spot with vegan breakfast options. I was told their fries are done separately from meat which is huge plus. There are 3 vegan options on breakfast menu. I had veggie skillet which I enjoyed. you can taste turmeric but it’s not too overpowering) Some vegetarian options can easily be made vegan.
Cute downtown Bethlehem location with indoor and outdoor seating. I was not provided any non dairy creamer, but tasted excellent black.
Food was flavorful and appetizing. Only three vegan menu options, but nice to have options! Updated from previous review on 2021-08-13

I am amazed and grateful that this restaurant exists. Be sure to request the vegan veggie option, as the regular veggie contains egg.
Food was amazing. It does take a while to come but everything is fresh. The atmosphere was amazing. I will be returning.
Their vegan skillet is super yummy, but really not yummy when it’s as take out. Needs to be still hot in the pan
Had a great vegan breakfast, which was very tasty! Coffee was served with almind milk.

Nice menu and good food. Location is right on Main St Bethlehem. Service was friendly
