Menu misleading, disappointing food and hostile manager. This used to be a great place to stop after shopping. After my recent experience I definitely won’t go back there again. I ordered Lemon Pepper Calamari and Prawns which came with chips and salad as per the menu. When the meal arrived almost everything was battered and tasted oily except the chips. The salad was just a small pile of dry leaves on the side of the plate not even any dressing. When I explained to a waiter that I ordered lemon pepper calamari and couldn’t eat battered food, he called the manager who initially served me. He came to my table and said, “What do you want me to do?” I repeated that I didn’t order battered food....
We spent $52 on breakfast, this meal was a disgrace. No care, no concern that the meal was in-eatable. The streak sandwich was not acceptable and was unfit to eat. The 'steak' was so tough that it could not be eaten. I ordered Filo chicken and mushroom parcel. This was disgusting, it was microwaved which left this savoury gluggy, like eating raw pastry. The 3 meal was egg Benedict, this meal was passable. The steak sandwich and egg benedict was brought to the table and after 5 minutes I had to ask where my meal was. The staff at this restaurant are terrible and have difficulty speaking English. They made a mistake with our coffee order and then proceeded to yell at us, accusing us of trying to steal from them. This behavior is common in Asian coffee shops, where the staff often believe they can do no wrong and view customers as adversaries. I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. If you have a negative experience here, it is important to inform Westfield so they can take action. For me, customer service is the most important aspect of a restaurant, even more so than the quality of their coffee.
We placed our orders for the bacon egg, Toast and grill tomato and both ordered Lattes. We sat down at a good time because people were starting to trickle in. We waited a long time for our coffees but they were good. We found out there was only 1 person in the kitchen so understood why the wait for our meal. The girls were happy and friendly and in these weird Covid times that’s all you can ask for. Our meals were very good often when you eat out the bacon is as tough as old boots but ours were great, the toast exactly how I like it. We will definitely go back to the Grind.

Although not every table was occupied, the service was incredibly slow. The coffee was both scalding hot and weak, resulting in a wasted time and money.
The food is always incredible, the atmosphere is welcoming and so beautiful! I cannot recommend this spot for breaky enough!

My wife and I had a Cafe Latte. It was too hot for a cafe latte, nearly burnt our tongues. Cafe Latte not good on that day.
Best place for lunch and breakfast. I've met so many hot chicks here and I hope that I continue to do so
