Won't be returning Don't waste your time and money. We are frequent patrons of events at Playhouse Square, so we were enticed by the close location. The 2 stars were for the friendly server and the warm dinner rolls even though they came after our meals had been delivered. Two of us ordered the crab cake sandwich fishy and more filler than crab. Two others ordered entree salads with steak. Both salads came with no dressing had to ask for it. Although the lettuce was fresh, there wasn't much of it. The only other ingredients in the salad were large chunks of strong red onions and a couple of grape tomatoes. The steak was cooked to order, but it was cold and contained quite a bit of gristle.
I was really disappointed with my experience. It felt like a fast-food version of "pseudo" gourmet dining. I suspect that all the meals are pre-prepared because both my appetizer and entree arrived within just 10 minutes of placing my order. I had barely finished my soup and was still waiting for my bread when my main course was brought out. My entire dining experience lasted less than 26 minutes, and I ended up with a cold banana foster to take home. I sat down at 5:30 and was back in my room by 6:15. I was genuinely looking forward to enjoying a splurge meal, especially since I don’t treat myself often.
Last minute decision to stop in Playhouse Square to have dinner. Upon our arrival, we were greeted promptly, and our server was very helpful and kind. I Ordered the steak, and it was delicious!! My partner had a simple salad, and it was perfect! Quiet night, so we took our time and had some wine as well. Nice view of Playhouse Square and walking distance to everything that we needed to do. Very happy with the quality of food and service. The cook (Alexis I think) even came out to make sure we were happy. Nice touch at the end. We will be back.
We enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant in our hotel a couple of times. While the food wasn't extraordinary, I did appreciate the coffee. The service was excellent, especially from Edreauna, who was outstanding. She was hardworking, attentive, and very kind. I also appreciated that she offered us takeaway coffee, which really came in handy for our long drive home. If you go, I highly recommend asking for Edreauna—she's truly the best!

My granddaughter and I ordered our steaks medium well. They came out rare!!! Also had to spit out 3 pieces of steak because of the gristle!!! Never eat there again. My waiter was great. But he should of know the steaks were not cooked to order. U could see the blood on the plate. The restaurant only had 2 tables with customers and 3 people at the bar. Wasn't like they were busy!!!
We were seated immediately and once we ordered, food arrived promptly and hot. Husband had French Onion soup that he thought needed more salt and weak taste. Our waitress Star was helpful and attentive as well as the other staff
Nice place to dine, typically go for drinks or dinner before a Playhouse show. It gets very busy and service gets bombarded so be patient and give yourself enough time. The staff hustles and are very nice and pleasant.
Nice place! View of Playhouse Square, family friendly, great bar. Service was fantastic and especially attentive to our kids. Food was good, not great, but hot and plentiful.

Our server, Teshona, was fantastic. She was always attentive and knew exactly when we needed something. The food, as usual, was incredible.
