Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!! We made a nice big order online for lunch, it specifies that if you don't want salt and vinegar to write it in the notes (which we did). Fast forward to the order arriving, none of the chips had any salt or vinegar on, 1 of 5 cans we ordered were provided and they sent a chicken steak burger instead of a chicken fillet burger. As we spent around £60 on the order, it is terrible service and when called, they have said we would need to go and collet the remaining drinks, even though it is there fault. Yates hay chippy or Barnards green chippy 100x better
I was the only person being served and had to wait for someone to attend to me. I ordered a cone of chips and a small curry sauce. Unfortunately, the chips were undercooked and very oily. I paid £3.90 for this disappointing meal. When I returned home and unwrapped the food, I found that it was not cooked properly. The man serving me was rude. I will not be returning to this restaurant. There are much better fish and chip shops in Malvern.
Called into Pickersleigh's Takeaway Diner for a small Fish Chips on Tuesday 12/04/22. The Fish Chips were well cooked the portion just big enough for me. Plenty of comfy spacious seating inside appeared to be a very clean environment. Excellent Value GBP 6.25 for the meal my first fish chips while visiting the area for 5 wks from Australia. Limited parking outside the business. Friendly Staff reasonable menu prices.
The quality of the food at this restaurant has noticeably decreased as of late. During my last visit, the meat served to my husband was cold and congealed by the time I got home, and my own dish was dry and rubbery. After 10 years of being a loyal customer, we will now be dining at a different establishment.

Ordered fried chicken with chips, onion rings, potato fritters and coleslaw. Arrived earlier than expected so beware of this if you order online. Everything was cooked well to chip shop standards. The chicken was delicious and a good alternative to KFC. The food was plentiful and we had no complaints.
We have visited here a few times for the Pickersleigh Special, but never again. After watching one of the staff, with no mask on, blow his nose and wipe his face THEN go to prepare our food. I asked him to wash his hands which he was not happy about. Not great. I won’t use again.
Just ordered online from pickersleighs, the food arrived 20 mins early and was top quality. I will definitely be ordering again, the service was great and the prices were very reasonable.
The chicken was completely inedible - hard, dry, and went straight into the trash. Possibly the worst fried chicken I have ever eaten.

Ordered doner meat and chips the meat had little taste and chips were no better. The young lady serving was quite rude and abrupt also
