Came in to the shop after a night out. Had a bit drink in our systems and straight away they knew we had... We were greeted by a man and a woman who i believe is the boss.. We asked for 3 portions of chips, 2 portions of donner meat, only one with chips. For a start, the portions of chips were only half portions.. The chips that came with the donner meat was a joke! You were lucky if there was 4 chips in it. It was as if the boss just wanted rid of us. Horrible customer service! The boss, if it was the boss, needs to cheer up and greet her customers a lot better! I wish we noticed in the shop how much chips and that we actually received.. If i noticed then i definitely would not have handed...
Had a few takeaways from this place, been hit or miss. Kebab's aren't the best, although the pizza's and calzone's are pretty decent. Only complaint would be the price, a bit on high side for what you get. Also, one time walked out after placing an order one night, we were first in and made a simple order of 2 x Kebab's and a portion of chips, 35 min later still waiting. Meanwhile four orders after ours for pizza's, calzone's etc. are flying out the door. so just left. Also the guys behind counter aren't the most chatty. Overall, decent but don't expect the best food.
I got a doner kebab from this place and spent the entire night sick and on the toilet. I highly doubt the staff even have food and hygiene certifications. When my partner went in the next day to address the issue with a younger employee, he simply shrugged his shoulders and said he didn't understand before turning his back. It was clear he didn't care at all.
I visited this takeaway after a night out and have been here before. The food is decent, and I will definitely go back. It has been in Cowdenbeath for a long time, so it must be doing something right with customers. Overall, a good place to eat.

I have been ordering from this takeout place for nearly a year and have never been disappointed. I have never had a bad meal from here. The chicken Pakora is the best I have ever tasted, and the kebabs are also excellent.
Well after a night in the town painting the town red we went to the golden frill to pick us some food to fill out drunken tummys. Serving time was good Price was good Food was average Choice of food was good
The customer service at this restaurant is outstanding and very helpful. I highly recommend this establishment to others and will definitely be returning for more delicious food!
Great food staff very friendly clean and tidy would definitely get food from here again will use as long as the standards stay the same so keep up the good work

ordered 12 pizza £10.50!! A TELL YOU WASTE OF MONEY ITS NOT RIGHT , RAGING man on the phone was very cheerful.
