The Golden Wheel Chinese Restaurant

First of all, the folks who run this place are a family, and run it as such. You feel cozy in there, very friendly folks. The food is not quite the same as other Chinese places, one could say they are Aussie-fied versions of the traditional menu. The chef is the best at deep frying, but flavors can be hit or miss. The place is a little old and rundown, dimly lit, modern credit card functions seem to be absent. Would recommend though!

An institution for classic Chinese food. This place has been around since anyone can remember. located right next to the fire station. Have you really been to Eastwood if you haven't been to the Golden Wheel? Great food!

we love this place, it is such a relaxed family environment, friendly service and tasty eating We eat at this place all the time and every time when we dine we get the same friendly large service. Thanks so much

This is a favourite restutant of mine. They are awesome. Great service and very friendly. Also very accomodating to my children. My 3 year old loves the lady from there

Excellent gf Chinese food: entree spring roll, main chicken and cashew nuts. BYO red wine with minor corkage.
