The Grain - Reservar una mesa

Having read reviews on Trip Advisor on the best Cheap Eats around Ryde, we settled on The Grain. On arrival I was a bit disappointed to find it was a very small venue which was principally a takeaway outlet, with just a few tables around the perimeter of the counter.We ordered the duck curry, a salmon dish with papaya salad and fried tofu with a peanut sauce. The food was very tasty and my only complaint would be the duck component in the curry included a lot of pieces of skin.It's definitely not a place you would take a date, but if you are after a tasty, authentic Thai meal without the cliches, The Grain can produce.

This restaurant has some of the nicest Thai in town. I usually get delivery which doesn't take long at all. And the have Thai milk tea which is great! The food is nice and much better than others in the area. Have recommended to many and still will.

Awesome local Thai with quick service if dining in. Only a few seats, lots of takeaway happening. Heaps of veggies with the dishes. Great flavours. Will return soon.

Absolutely delicious Thai street food once again. Great value. Nice to sit out on the street and enjoy breeze.
