Yesterday, my wife and I visited a restaurant for a snack. We were impressed by the exceptional customer service from the staff, who were friendly, funny, and great with children and teenagers. They even went out of their way to provide a special dish for a customer and offered coloring books to entertain the kids. Additionally, they kindly charged a customer's phone for them. Although they had WiFi, we found it unnecessary as we wanted to enjoy each other's company without distractions. We tried the Orange Cake and Apple Strudel, which were the best we've ever had. The cake, made by one of the team member's mother, was incredibly moist and full of flavor. The Strudel was perfectly balanced...

This restaurant was absolutely wonderful! After reading some other reviews, I have to say I disagree. The food was fantastic, well-presented, fresh, and wholesome. The portions were good and the staff were polite and went above and beyond to make our Father's Day meal special. My son is autistic and the young lady went out of her way to accommodate him when he didn't like his sandwich (not the restaurant's fault at all). She made him a plain beef sandwich, which was very kind. I appreciated how she spoke to him, it really made a difference. Every person's opinion is different, but we truly loved our experience at this restaurant and will definitely be back. Well done!

I'm afraid the member of staff had no regard for those queuing but seemed more interested in the father and two small children. Having already queued for more than ten minutes whilst I had to listen to inane conversation the situation was made worse when a second member of staff (oblivious to the queue) joined the conversation focussed on the comings and goings of bats! Not good enough, I'm afraid. Took my business across the road where wildlife was confined to nature centres. ps during the interminable wait I had chance to peruse the menus and given the economic times were all suffering found the prices eye-watering. Not happy.

I spend many a happy hour in The Granary. They are kind and friendly, their food is always beautifully presented, tasty and consistantly good. This morning I had fruit pie with Apple, Wimberry and juniper, the pastry was excently and the fruit rich and juicy. The only issue being how do I stop myself having a second peice
