This was my first time coming here. I've seen people lined up to dine here so I'm happy I had the opportunity to dine in. We came right at 9am when they opened. Together we shared the Chicken and Waffles as well as the Veggie Benedict served on cornbread. The Chicken and Waffles was fantastic. The chicken was perfectly fried crispy. The Waffles were light and fluffy with an outer layer of crisp. Currently I cannot eat eggs with a raw runny center. I requested for the eggs to be poached medium well so they're not runny in the center and also not runny. To my surprise the kitchen only knows how to poach the egg soft or hard. This is one of my top fave brunch spots in Vancouver! I have brought so many of my “out-of-town” friends here and they have all loved it too!The “kitchen sink” breakfast bowl is always a great choice with soft yoke eggs. I always add their hot sauce and have also tried it with their Hollandaise.Their crab cake benny is another epic choice. It melts in your mouth. You could get a side salad but I love their home fries and their fries too!I ALWAYS get their lemon ricotta pancakes too! Their chicken and waffles is AMAZING! A must try if you’re a fan of this dish.Well seasoned with spices (no heat at all, just flavourful cause I can’t handle spicy food) not oily, great portions size.I recommend eating it with a side of poached eggs because it makes it next level. Just to make sure it wasn’t a one off, I tried it again a few months later and it’s still just as great!I’ve tried the same dish at different restaurants across western Canada and USA and Grey Olive’s is the best I’ve had.This is the place to spend your money because so many other places don’t care about quality anymore. I started off with their seasonal pumpkin pie latte, it's such a comforting fall drink. Their veggie benny was delicious, I like that it's served with a biscuit instead of an English muffin and you have several sides to choose from: fries, hashbrowns, tomato soup, fruit, green salad or poutine. I recommend their chicken waffle, it's the perfect combo of savoury sweet. The chicken is fried to perfection and their waffles aren't overly sweet. The spicy Korean ketchup adds an extra kick. Want a nice place to grab plate this place has excellent service and food is reasonable. I jumped in to a bacon breakfast sandwich and only the finest ingredients are used. The food was quite filling so there was no need for anything more then a sip of water after. There's parking all around this place shouldn't be to difficult to find.

Amzing breakfast. Such friendly staff. It felt like eating at home, the place is very clean. You can take your date, your business meeting or your family to this place. I recommend this to whoever is looking to eat a good breakfast or brunch and feel like home.

Lemon ricotta pancakes were pillowy soft and so chewy with a refreshingly lemon flavour. Using the online waitlist system was super easy. Latte was delicious. Tons of parking nearby. I will be back to try more of their menu! Reserva una mesa ahora

They have online wait list which is really nice.The older Japanese woman is really welcoming and nice. The food and drink was so so. Waffles had a strange taste (too much baking soda? , chicken was delicious.

This place had the BEST Benny's I think I've ever had. Perfect portion sizes, flavourful balance, and texture, eggs absolutely perfect. Can't say enough good about my experience. Wow. Top notch.
