I have lived in the village for a number of years and can say, hand on heart, I have never known the Greyhound to offer food and service this good for a long while. I had my birthday celebration there on Saturday the food was delicious and nothing was too much trouble for the new tenants. It’s great to see the pub thriving again and the food really is a delight. Sunday lunch is also highly recommended! See you soon!
The Greyhound is a charming pub that is dog friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. They offer a diverse menu with delicious food options. The Sunday lunch that I had was exceptional and one of the best pub meals I have had in a long time. My husband enjoyed the Cumberland sausage meal and said it was very tasty - he would definitely order it again.
I am pleased to see the impressive transformation of the Halton village pub over the past year. The atmosphere is great, the staff are welcoming, the food selection is excellent and caters to everyone's preferences, the beer is top-notch, and the live music nights are a real treat. Congratulations to the entire team for their hard work.
I hadn't been in The Greyhound for years and years but decided to try the Sunday lunch. Choice of Roast Pork, Beef or Lamb. I could not fault the good food, I had Roast Pork with trimmings. We have been to the Greyhound a few times, over the last few weeks for Sunday dinner. It is honestly the best Sunday roast I have had in a long time. We went yesterday, for my parents in law’s birthdays and everyone said how great the food was. Will definitely be coming again soon.
I frequently visit this pub with my colleagues from work. It is a charming pub with a fantastic ambiance. The staff are wonderful, the food is delicious, and the drinks are always excellent. I highly recommend it.
