She asked me to hold while she contacted DoorDash, the delivery service, but informed me that it was "the delivery service's problem" since our bag was sealed and not tampered with after leaving the store.

So I would say that the service was good. This was on a Friday around lunch time. My burger was fantastic with the toasted bread and the sweet and cold bbq sauce. My burger was fantastic, with toasted bread and a sweet, cold BBQ sauce. I love a fresh burger loaded with various flavors—ketchup, mayonnaise, grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, and so on—and that’s exactly what I got. I had my first Habit burger, and I was really impressed! I ordered the classic charburger with cheese, and I loved that it automatically came with caramelized onions. The lettuce and tomato were super fresh, which was a nice touch. They also provided plenty of napkins. I used their online ordering system on the website, and while I got well-done fries, they looked pretty standard and not crispy at all—I'm not sure if that was a mistake or intentional. There were no ketchup packets in my order, but there are stations available for self-service ketchup. Overall, picking up my to-go order was very easy, and the burger itself was delicious.

Check your mobile order before you go. Unfortunately, you don't seem to worry about the quality of online orders : pay $26 and get both orders wrong, just feels bad. Please do better because I want to support this place, but not if my orders are always grounded. Our order said it would take 10 minutes, 5 minutes later I got a text that says it's ready. I wish they had used the 5 minutes for quality control. I can understand that it's messed up when it's pretty busy, but it was very slow when we ordered it.
This location seems to be super popular with to-go orders, so there's plenty of seating available for dining in. They have multiple ordering touch screens by the door so you can order and pay yourself. I loved how affordable everything on the menu was! Plus, the food was delicious. I'll definitely return soon.
Food is fresh, place is clean, families tend to be seen coming here often with their children. The fries are amazing, bathrooms are clean and the ambiance is right. Their strawberry lemonade is pretty good! The price is right $9/$10 for a meal

I don?t know why but when I ate the burger the taste was different compared to another store, the french fries are very salty.
The burger is decent, but nothing to rave about. Still, that's a good thing!
