The guy at the register did not seem to know what he was doing. I finallyplaced my order. There were no towels in the bathroom to dry hands. When someone in the restaurant brought it up, the workerslaughed and continued gossiping. It took over 20 minutes to get our order and our food was cold and the order was completemessed up. I've been a regular at this restaurant since it opened years ago. It was recently remodeled, and the improvements in both appearance and layout are noticeable. However, I was disappointed today to find there was no iced tea available, and the seasonal special, the French Onion burger, didn't live up to the hype—it wasn't worth the extra $2. I recommend sticking to the regular menu for a better experience. Also, I'm not a fan of the onion rings; they have an odd flavor, so just keep that in mind. Overall, I would recommend this place with a few caveats.

On my last visit, I asked the server if he was familiar with animal fries; he was and even offered to whip up a batch for me, but I had already ordered tempura green beans. I'll definitely give the animal fries a try next time!

It would be appreciated if the staff and chefs paid close attention to how customers prefer their meat cooked. When we say "well," it usually means we want it fully cooked, and that definitely doesn't include any pink. It's not always easy to tell just by looking at the burger, so it's important to get it right.
The barbecue bacon cheeseburger was a disappointing experience. It was so drenched in barbecue sauce that it was almost impossible to eat. I had to use a napkin to remove some of the excess sauce, but even then, it turned into a soggy mess. Honestly, no one wants that much barbecue sauce on their burger.
Food was great! Price sucked! Everything is inflated now a days. Now they got the Habit. I could not believe my bill was $16.00 I like the Habit. Always get a double cheese burger. I thought I would try the new Chicken Ciabatta sandwich. Was delicious too.Just not for my budget. ????
It would be appreciated if the staff and cooks took note when customers request their meat to be "well done." This typically means we do not want any pink in the meat, which isn't something you can simply remove from a burger and continue eating.

The fries were cold and excessively salty, and what I was served was not a burger at all—it was just two slices of bread with a plain patty in between. I found it quite disappointing.
I noticed a small mistake with a missing item in my large order, but the food quality is excellent!
