Great Sunday Lunch. Am not surprised that it was so busy. Very dog friendly, but only in the garden or the small bar so make sure to book a table if taking your dog. Only 2 beers on hand pump Theakstons Best Bitter and Pennine Hair Of The Dog... but good choices. We chose the small meal which was actually quite big but saw several people eating the adult size which was pretty massive. We were told the roast beef was well cooked so had pork which was excellent. All really good. Traditional puddings were also really great. Super lunch at a very reasonable price. Brisk service from a hard working and very friendly staff. Will be coming here again .

We stayed at a nearby caravan site and have had dinner at this restaurant for the past two nights. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent, with very friendly staff. We will definitely come back when we are in the area again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
