The young cashier requested phone numbers from every customer for coupon purposes. However, when it came to placing my order, I wasn't greeted or asked for my details. After I received my order, I left the store only to realize it was incorrect, which I suspect was intentional. When I returned to have my order corrected, I overheard the sandwich makers complaining about the situation. It’s not my fault they didn’t pay attention to the special instructions. One of them even shouted, “How many sandwiches does she have?” I've been a loyal customer here for years, but after this experience, I'll be reaching out to Headquarters to express my concerns. I won't be coming back.

A 22-year-old was excited to visit again. My first impression of the restaurant was that it was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, taking the time to explain the menu and special order options. The ham sandwich I tried was delicious, featuring fresh toppings and just the right amount of spice. I also bought a smoked turkey sandwich, which was just as tasty. My business partner and I just stepped inside the restaurant. It appeared very clean, but there was an unpleasant smell in the air. Because of this, we decided not to order any food. Although many people recommended this place, the mysterious odor really put us off. We ultimately chose not to dine there.
The ham classic sandwiches are excellent. This place tends to be busy during lunchtime. I truly value the freshness of the sandwiches each time I visit. The staff is also very friendly and professional.
The customer service was outstanding! The ham was exceptional, and the sweet potato soufflé was absolutely delightful. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
