amazing. great experience. Remote location (bit of traffic along the a464 but nothing essential). Eating was excellent. generous amounts, generous aromen, good service. look at the photos. the king prawns and scallops were delicious. the pork belly and pancetta wrapped zarteloin were the right local foods from the black land. and the cheeseboard was an art work. When I was forced to find mistakes, the only thing I could say is the only artisan beer they have is a low alcohol, but that is to be fair. if they get only four stars from me, it is not that there is something wrong with what they do, but it allows me to exclude exceptional culinary experiences like this and give them the fifth star...

we love this place. the greeting is warm and the pub itself is very historical and interesting. service at the bar and at the table is excellent. the menu is very appealing and the food is cooked and perfectly presented. if they eat the 2 for 1 or the early evening, then the savings are good. we were never disappointed with a meal and I recommend the horns without hesitation.

the first time here and loved it! proper filling fry with a lot of veg, which is how we like our Sunday roasts. brilliant price-performance ratio and delicious sticky toffe pudding and ice at the end. louise was very helpful and friendly and the manager was also very helpful and friendly. highly recommended and plan to come back next week!

I can't rate enough food and service here. more than 5*! I have never been disappointed, the staff is always so warm and friendly and eating is just to die. If I want to eat an exceptional home cooked, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am very happy to come back very soon.

We had our Christmas meal here, hats off to Will and staff you were amazing. The food was second to none. 5 stars well deserved.
