Why is it when you take probably very normal nice people and put them in Lycra and call them “cyclists”, do they become obnoxious? We have a very nice coffee shop in our village which is a meeting place for the Lycra set. They turn up from surrounding cities and villages on their bicycles and take over our village, closing roads and even the village common so that they can control the village for their cycling activities. It’s a shame as the coffee shop is really nice. I would love to go here to read a paper and have a coffee with people who cared about my village rather than just used it! Shame on the local council! They should deal with it!

Don’t normally do reviews during global as things don’t run as normal, but i’ll make an exception here, just passing during a walk about and noticed the crowd outside, so gave it a go, the girl taking the order had no problem understanding my request, i tend to be a bit of a decaf skinny over easy sort of nerd, a costa’s barista’s head would have exploded by now any way after the longest wait i’ve ever had for a coffee, turns out it was worth the wait probably best cappuccino ever.

The restaurant offers delicious homemade cakes and excellent coffee. There is a wide variety of cakes to choose from, but beware of your waistline. You can also bring your dog in, so you can work off the calories together. This place is popular among cyclists, who can enjoy the cakes without worrying about calories. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. I only allow myself to visit once a week for weight reasons.

This restaurant offers excellent coffee, delicious baked cakes, and a variety of lunchtime toasties. The coffee is exceptional, and the cakes are made with simple, recognizable ingredients. This was the first I'd visited the Hub. Judging by the queue, it's seems to be a really popular cafe with locals and cyclists. The coffee was well made even if I had to wait a while for it. The inside looked like it'd have a good atmosphere. I'll visit again though when lockdown has lifted.

cozy little caffe that is cheap and cyclic friendly for a fast pick-me-up or mid-ride coffee / tee / cake stop. with seating in the indoor and outdoor areas and even offer them to cover their legs in winter when they decide to sit outside. I'll be back!

The coffee was probably the best I’ve ever had, cakes or the lemon polenta cake I had was amazing. Lovely, friendly atmosphere and really helpful and engaging staff. In the immortal words, I will be back

Lindy's chocolate cake!!!!! OH MY... what a cake!!! Thank you we absolutely loved it. Highly recommended to order for a special occasion
