The food here is excellent! We really enjoy this place, but I have one warning for other families: they do not have any high chairs available in the restaurant. We had to manage without one for our daughter, which was quite a hassle. It’s such a shame because we were looking forward to making this our go-to spot, especially now that the weather has warmed up. I really hope they will consider getting at least one high chair for customers with babies. Just to note, Chipotle definitely has high chairs, so I hope Hummus Republic can do the same!
We absolutely love bowling at this place! It's packed with all sorts of delicious treats. If you're searching for great options, this is the spot for you. They also offer a huge falafel burger that’s worth trying, along with some fantastic drinks. The owners are incredibly friendly and will help guide you through the menu, especially if it's your first visit.
hummus republic has just recently tried! I thought the food quality was incredible and so delicious. bonus for mostly gluten-free as well! I felt that the recipe and the prices indicated were not aligned and it was quite steep for a lunch, but understandable in pierdorf. still would come back as it was tasty and served both as lunch and rest for dinner!
Amazing! While traveling, I often struggle to find healthy food options. I have specific dietary restrictions, but I was pleased to discover that almost the entire menu accommodated my needs. The staff was very knowledgeable and knew the ingredients in the dishes they serve. I ordered the street-style sweet potatoes with jalapeños—just look at them!

I'm amazed I haven't rated this place until now. As a vegan by the shore, Hummus Republic is one of my top spots. I always order a bowl, pack it with toppings, and enjoy every bite. My favorite sauce is the Garlic Jalapeño, and when I'm in the mood for something spicy, either of the hot sauce options is fantastic.
I've always enjoyed Hummus Republic; it's a fantastic spot for delicious Mediterranean food. However, my husband and I unfortunately experienced severe food poisoning after dining there. We won't be returning for quite some time.
one of the best places for Mediterranean bowls in the environment. so good. the lemon chicken literally came from the grill and was hot pierced. the spicy feta has added one.
omg this place is delicious. I had the falafel salat bowl that it would not have been better. the worst was when it was over! I will definitely return
