This place has been an institution in Township, the original owner grew up with my mother and when he heard that my parents brought me home he sent catering for everyone that was over. It changed hands and Gus took over, he kept the original crew and recipes. Fieldworker egg sandwiches have been a Sunday morning favorite forever and it will not be the same in town without Italian Touch. Also they can not be beat when it comes to a classic slice of pizza, all the dough and bread came from a bakery in Garfield that does it right. I guess everyone feels this way about their corner deli, but the true local feel of this place will be missed.

In my experience, both Originals and Italian Touch offer similarly average food. The pizza is thin, lacks flavor, and is overly oily with subpar ingredients. The sandwiches are decent, but nothing exceptional. While this place is generic and average, there are better dining options in the area. It's not my top choice, but it's worth a visit if you have limited options.
I had a delicious cup of coffee and tried the (field worker) egg sandwich at this restaurant. It was made with scrambled eggs, potatoes, Taylor ham, and cheese on a toasted buttered round roll. The sandwich was fantastic and very filling. I'm excited to try other menu items as everything looks great!
This place has good pizza. It's a classic north jersey Italian deli pizza joint. Is there a lot of variety? No, but that's ok. They have a classic sopranos vibe inside and it feels authentic. The prices are good and all the food is good. Their pick up pizza deal is great too for a family dinner.

I meet friends in this great spot many times a year! This is the best place to pass a nice evening. I go there frequently. The food is very tasty, the staff members are polite and the charge is reasonable. I like being in this place over a decent supper.

Great pizza at GREAT price. I'm a Brooklyn guy and this is as good as Bensonhurst and that is saying a lot!
