The Jagged Fork

My daughter and grandson went to Jagged Edge in WB for breakfast! My daughter had a full breakfast for less than $12. dollars but order my grandson oatmeal and they charged $12. When she questions the price the server was rude and then the when she asked for mgr he was rude as well! The mgr talking to a customer all reckless! What happened to professional customer service!What happen to make this right and next time when she comes in with her party of 10 we will get that price of expensive oatmeal back!Now you have a customer that will never return and she will tell all her family and clients about the customer service! Including the mgr and server rudeness!

I like the food here and have never had a problem with the food but for some reason every time i call in a carryout order and come to pick it up the cashier always says “we never got that order”. Its confirmed i called the right location and i placed my order but it never got received back to the kitchen. I think this is very bizarre as its happened more than once, and i end up having to wait an additional 15 minutes for my food i had already ordered 30 minutes ago. There is obviously some miscommunication between the kitchen and people answering the phones/taking orders and it should be addressed.

The waitress keep giving us the wrong bill and overcharged us for 2 $11) items we didn't get on the final bill. She wouldn't redo the bill and we had left her a generous tip. Big mistake!Now we're hoping we don't get charged for 3 different bills. The technology allows the order to go through faster but if that many mistakes are made people are really getting overcharged. Don't plan on going back.

So, my order came out quick. Thinking all is good. HOWEVER, the hash browns had the flavor of every sandwich that had been ordered for the past couple of days. Omelet had ingredients as ordered, but eggs WAY overcooked with cheese barely melted. Toast was burnt. To top it off, fruit flies. Will not go back. Sorry.

Service was good. Food frozen and tasteless, zero seasoning. Pancakes can’t get your fork through; rubbery and bland.
