If you're willing to risk being charged without receiving your order, then go ahead and place an order! It's been 12 business days, and despite my attempts to email and reach out to them, my order still hasn't shipped. I’ve ordered from this restaurant before and never faced these issues; the only other problem I had was when I ordered four bottles but only received two, and they didn’t respond until I had to involve my credit card company to get a refund. The product is excellent, but the customer service is terrible! It's such a shame!
I placed an order the first week of April 2023 only because they stated 3-5 days shipping. I have sent numerous emails for the status of my order, I’ve called and get a voice mail?? I paid between product and shipping $66.94. I still haven’t received my order or an email reply. This was my first time ordering and to say how disappointed I am is an understatement. Based on the other reviews I’ll hold out another week and hope I receive some news on my order.
I placed an order on 4/21 and have emailed and private s messaged numerous times with no response. Order to date has not been received. When I call there is no answer and no Vm and line just disconnects after a few rings. As I read the other reviews I see several people having same issue. I understand you are moving to a new location. I would just appreciate a response so I know whether to wait a bit longer or expect a refund.

I wish i had looked at the reviews about shipping before I ordered. It took 3 weeks to get my order. I do like the dressings. However, I don't think I will order again due to the long wait on shipping. When I placed my order, it said 3-5 days. Especially having to pay $14.95 for shipping .
I ORDERED FLOUR CRACK IN APRIL AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER AND IT WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. UNABLE TO REACH ANYONE VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. WHEN I CHECK MY ORDER FOR A STATUS IT SAYS NOT FOUND. i DON'T MIND THE WAIT BUT AT LEAST RESPOND TO MY INQUIRIES.
I placed an order on April 21. The status is still unfulfilled. I have emailed and tried chat option. No response. At this point I have contacted my credit card company and will never order from them again.

I hear such great things about the product, however I placed an order almost a month ago and never received it when the website stated 3-5 day shipping. Some sort of update would be nice.
I tried the white balsamic and honey mustard dressings, and they were both absolutely delicious! I'm definitely coming back for more and can’t wait to sample the rest of the options!
