The potatoes were raw, and the corn was freezer cold. We asked for a replacement, but apparently they were out of potatoes. They apologized profusely, but didn’t do anything to accommodate the cost of our meals. Others in the restaurant were experiencing the same thing. Manager said he was concerned, but didn’t offer any accommodation. When I asked for the owners phone number, the Manager promised to call me the next day to explain why all this occurred, but never bother calling. The bottom line is they had no real concern for the customer experience, only about putting the money in their register. Don’t take the chance, go to one of the other locations around town. The Bartenders are AMAZING!! A few of them are no longer employed with Juicy Crab and are deeply missed. Jennifer and Chris were the coolest and made me look forward to visiting the restaurant. It was a super chill spot and you cannot beat $5 margaritas. Then there’s Cyrus!! Cyrus is one of the nicest bartenders I have ever met. He’s personable, he enjoys his job, he understands how to be a bartender and engage with his patrons. It’s sad I will no longer be a regular at that restaurant since the atmosphere has changed. My friends and I would look forward to meeting up there but it has become uncomfortable. The managers are unwelcoming, unprofessional and obviously unqualified.
Aug.9th, 23 at 2:50pm. The place was empty. My party of 2 were standing and waited for 10 minutes at the inside counter where one customer was ordering a togo. I asked the host lady in the front if we could get a table for 2 since we were standing there for a while without any greeting. She was rudely told us to go wait outside there is a sign to wait outside. The place was empty! Just wow! Am I here to ask for a free food?!? No customer service skill what so ever. There are so many restaurants around, why should I spend my money here? Good luck with your business, having this worker in the front of your restaurant! I came here due to great reviews but I will never return.
I was at this Juicy Crab almost a week ago! First, let me say the Crab was juicy! It was so good to get my hands on a good crab boil! I had lobster, shrimp, crab legs. My buddy and I had a blast! The atmosphere was great and informal. People were there to just laugh, enjoy their beverages and enjoy their juicy crab.Our server was Neicy! She was amazing. We laughed with her. Juicy crab is good and my experience here has always been great, but lately it seems as if they are changing the ingredients (such as the sausages) and I don’t like it. They also seem to be giving less “sauce” which causes my food to be dry because there’s barely enough sauce for me to continue dipping in. My initial review was 5 but they lost a couple of stars for this. FIX IT Juicy Crab!
There was a cool marine crab-theme in the restaurant and country music playing. The food was very tasty and had a good range of seasoning. We had Dunganees crab, crawfish, king crab legs, and sausage seafood combo, which was 5/5. The cajun extra hot seasoning was perfectly spicy. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
Ralph was our server. He was gracious attentive and made us feel special for a dinner for my granddaughter who graduated ? high school. His mature service was even more appreciated when we found out he too, was a recent grad. Juicy Crab was great ??. Ralph was awesome ???? and will go far in life.
