The food was excellent, but they really need to improve their take-out process. The take-out area was quite cramped, making it difficult to pick up my order. They should consider limiting the number of people allowed in at a time, or take phone calls to inform customers when their orders are ready, especially since they are such a busy restaurant. Although I didn't eat there, the food was fantastic. One more thing: parking was chaotic, so I recommend parking in a larger lot and walking to the restaurant.
My friend and I placed an online order and when we got here to pick it up, they said they don’t start making orders until you arrive. Then what’s the point of ordering online!??? I understand wanting the food to be fresh, but if the food won’t start being made until you arrive, PLEASE remove the option for online ordering. It’s been over 30 mins and we are STILL waiting for our meal. Ridiculous.
This is Alexa. She is the Bar Tender Extraordinaire at Juicy Crab at Camp Creek in Atlanta. Those drinks are Hi Fi, alcohol and none alcohol. We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Our waitress was amazing, and since we were celebrating my birthday, she made it even more special. The entire wait staff was very polite and contributed to a fun atmosphere. The food was excellent—the crabs were well-prepared and seasoned to perfection. Overall, I would rate the food a perfect 5/5.

I’ve visited several Juicy Crab locations, but this one is definitely the best. The staff and food were outstanding. My server, Shay, was fantastic—she kept us updated on our food and made sure our drinks were always full. We will definitely return! If I had to rate this place, I’d give it a 10 out of 10. Food: 5/5.
I pulled a mid length piece of hair from my food, part of which broke off as I was trying to untangle it for the food in my mouth. All I got was a simple “well ain’t nobody really back there and we can remake it.” No thanks. Waitress was friendly thoughFood: 1/5

I had to do a to go order due to time a limited amount of time I had. It was delicious and I will be back next time I’m in in town to dine in.
